These guys are legit!
When you have debt problems, it’s hard to know who to trust. You get a random phone call from someone saying they want to help you. But you are nervous. Are they legit? Is it a scam? What should I do? I had ALL THESE feelings. But, let me put your mind at ease – They are legit.
I had a Disney Vacation Club (DVC Animal Kingdom) that had gone into foreclosure because I could not afford the remaining payments due on the initial loan. I didn’t know what I was going to do! Stress. Sleepless nights – as this was not my only default. I was in a big financial mess.
I received a phone call from Yoanka, offering to assist me in getting my DVC out of foreclosure, selling it and putting the money back into my pocket. Yes, there are fees and Yes, Home Outlet takes a small cut. But they were totally honest about every detail. Every fee. Every bit of information. And – the fees were all very reasonable (Disney Transfer fee, Title, Broker, etc). If you were going to sell your DVC without being in foreclosure, you would still need to pay these same exact fees.
Now, I will admit that I was nervous and skeptical throughout the entire transaction. PLEASE – don’t let it be a scam. PLEASE. I was in such a bad way, financially, that if this turned out to be a scam, I would lose my home. So yes. I was very nervous to sign on, at first.
Let me say that it was not a Scam (After moving forward with Yoanka, I was actually contacted by a second company that WAS a scam – and Yoanka helped handle that as well).
In a matter of just weeks, they paid the $3,000+ to get my DVC out of foreclosure. They listed it for resale and it sold within 24 hours for even more money than Yoanaka had estimated.
And guess what? Everything they promised came true. None of the fees changed. All went exactly as planned. And my life turned around because I avoided a foreclosure and I have a significant amount of money in the bank.
AND – I was paid with an overnight check – just in time to turn a disaster of a Christmas into an amazing one.
The reason I am writing this review is because . . . I know when you get that call. You will feel the same way I did. Are these people legit? Are they trying to steal my DVC? They are totally legit, helpful and very easy to work with. Yoanka will respond to your text or call immediately. And always be understanding and help put your mind at ease during the entire process.
The Home Outlet Group (and especially Yoanka) turned my horrible, stressful situation around. I am very happy and more than satisfied that I took the chance.
Thank you for turning my financial nightmare around – in just a few weeks.
I know this review won’t make you less nervous when they call. Or give you a better nights sleep after you sign all the paperwork. But have faith. I felt ALL those things. This was safe, and a total blessing. Now – my sister is already thinking of selling her DVC . . . because now I have money in the bank and she does not 🙂

I am so grateful for this company and Yoanka Diaz. My Disney timeshare was almost in foreclosure and Yoanka reached out to me and told me she could sell it for me and we would receive a great profit. I was unsure at first but was so overwhelmed that I took a chance. Within two weeks of having my timeshare listed , it was sold. I couldn’t believe it. Yoanka was outstanding and kept me posted on every little detail. Whenever I had a question I would call or text her and she would respond with a answer immediately. I cannot say enough about Yoanka Diaz and the home outlet group. My husband works for Frito Lay and last year they decided to discontinue paying their employees commission and overtime. Therefore, we could no longer enjoy our timeshare. I was overwhelmed and did not know what to do. We almost lost our money that we put into it. When I received the text/call from Yoanka I was so relieved but nervous. We accepted the great offer and ended up selling the timeshare just in time before it was foreclosed. Yoanka Diaz is outstanding and calmed me when I got nervous and assured me everything would be ok. I wish there was more people in the world like her. I’m going to miss speaking with her and her bright personality. She deserves the best in life and again , I thank her and home outlet group for all their help and guidance.
Yoanka is an angel. I absolutely can’t praise her enough for helping me sell my DVC. My dad passed at the beginning of the Pandemic and my mom was having the hardest time selling my dads timeshare (not DVC) and if I would of known earlier I would of asked her to help my mom too. Times are hard not knowing who to trust and who is going to scam you. Trust is earned and Yoanka earned mine. Helping me every step of the way even when I did not understand things. I feel like I left with a friend that actually cared about me. She’s a rare unicorn.
Yoanka is for sure an angel, I can imagine she deals with skeptical people often, like myself in the beginning. She goes above and beyond and I could not be more gracious! This is the real deal and would encourage anyone looking to sell to look no further!
In this day and age, with all the scams going on you really don’t know who you can trust. At the beginning of the pandemic I lost my mother and was drowning in debt. I didn’t know how I was going to handle paying off her funeral, and her personal expenses as she had me listed as a secondary on almost every one of her credit accounts. I’m a single mother on disability raising 2 teen daughters on my own so you could imagine how tight money is. Then out of the blue I received a message from Yoanka that was such a blessing. I surrendered paperwork to DVC of my mother’s passing and thought that was the end they would just take her off and sell to new people. Imagine my surprise when Yoanka informed me of a foreclosure. I didn’t know anything about what she was speaking of. To be honest I thought it was a joke. I actually begged her if she was a scam artist to take pity on me and just give up because she can’t drain blood from a stone, thankfully she took the time and the patience to explain and work with me. Believe me when I tell you, I had hundreds of questions for her for Wes, for the whole team. And they handled it all and me with such professionalism patience grace and respect. I never felt like a burden I was in awe. This is a business for them but they made me feel like a friend. They stopped the foreclosure they assisted me in getting a great price for my mother’s property and it was all the difference between struggling with debt to now feeling great that my mother is at rest and left behind no burdens. I almost feel as if Home outlet group was sent as my mother’s last way of being able to help me. Please understand if you have any doubts about them. Don’t they are 100% the real deal. Words alone can not express the gratitude I feel for all their help and all they have done. Yoanka, Wes, everyone in the home outlet group again from the bottom of my heart Thank You!!!!
